The intent of this workshop was to:
• present a draft of the Design Brief for review. The Design
Brief provides information to charrette participants. It contains,
among other things, the goals and objectives of the project, historical
and current contexts, policy, measurable targets, spatial requirements,
and strategies for reaching the targets through design.
