Aerial view of the site as it might appear 30 years from now. To diversify housing and to maximize land use, residential towers and terraced townhomes (1) are sited to reflect their contexts. Existing industry and commerce are enhanced by the Lougheed Commercial Street (2), the Farmer's Market (3) and the business office park (4), each of which provide jobs for residents and create centres in the community. Ecological links are made with the community through the inclusion of community gardens (5), exposing surface drainage in the Willingdon Swale (6) and enhancing Still Creek (7) with public recreational paths.
