Damascus Community Charrette
The greater Damascus Area Community Design Workshop is an effort to create a regional model for the potential urban growth boundary expansion area that is environmentally sound, that provides a variety of housing and job choices for current and future residents, and fairly distributes the benefits and burdens of development among current and future residents of all incomes and backgrounds. August 2002.

UniverCity
Simon Fraser University, situated on the top of Burnaby Mountain in Burnaby, B.C., is building a new community surrounding the campus, named UniverCity.
The goal of this project is to create a vibrant, self-sustaining community known for its well planned neighbourhoods, its strong links to the university and its deep respect for the natural heritage of Burnaby Mountain.
