The first and most important product of this effort is the East Clayton Neighbourhood Concept Plan (NCP). This plan for a sustainable community for 13,000 will be the region's first sustainable neighbourhood, where houses are affordable, transit is accessible, commercial services are available, and natural systems are preserved and enhanced.
